Alright, well I was good and did not go early for my attempt even though the new moon was tempting me for an O+12! LOL So I am back on track for my attempt on July 28th or so. Here is my pln, please let me know what I should change or add..
My diet:
No Breakfast, well just wal-mart version of CL
Lunch: Calcium pasta, lil bit of un-salt butter and lil bit of parm
Dinner: same as lunch but I add some green beans, sometimes I also have strawberries with equal
I do drink alot of wal-mart CL, I do drink caffiene free diet pepsi and sometimes I like a diet cranberry jiuce mixed with diet 7-up.
Supps me:
magnesium pill
folic acid and baby aspirin
vitex 750mg and saw palmetto 320mg
Supps dh:
Licorce Root: 3 times a day
cranberry: double dose
calcium and mag pill
Plan: Week of O I will do some "shots" of real cranberry juice and equal, we are planning a 14 day abstain with an attempt 3-2 days before O, I will then have hubby frequent release to do an o+12. Make him take hot bath before each attempt. I will use vineager store douche 1 hour before, maybe aci-jel just a tiny bit before and right after. I am also using rephresh.
Do you think I would be safe to do an attempt on the night of 3 days before after abstain then again on am of 2 days before and still be ok or should I just do the one time before and go for the O+12 after? I am really trying to focus on my testostrone levels since I really think that isd my problem. I might do some peppermint tea too in the days prior to O. I thought about exercising since I know I was running a bit before the one time I did have a girl, but with the kids and work I don;t think I could commit to one hour everyday so I am afraid it would end up raising it rather then lower.
What do you ladies think? I really want to know what you think Atomic as well, i really value your opinion. Thanks ladies!
