I've bought loads!! Thought i was home and dry after harmony being confirmed with 2 scans with different techs saying girl - only to find a girl on here was told girl then boy at a re scan by the same techs. Knocked my confidence a bit. Just want my 20 weeks scan now... was feeling a bit nervous about it anyway. But now ... What if they say boy?? I've got about 30 GIRLY PINK sleepsuits!!! And loads of other bits xx

I did, and after the rescan when she showed me the bits in a bit more detail I was convinced. I still am, well kinda lol! Think as the 20 week scan approaches I'm getting jittery. Doesn't help seeing people being told the wrong gender, especially Laurie who was scanned by the same techs! And the fact I've bought so much already. I just couldn't help myself tho lol!! I guess with the harmony and 2 scans I'm actually in a good place. Just feels too good to be true. I really think until she's here, I will be a little bit scared .... Xxx

It's strange isn't it? My friend gave me some girl clothes today (she has 4) and I'm still not feeling attached, like I'm looking in on someone else looking at the clothes. I texted to thank her again and said I can't believe I'm having a baby with a vagina lol!
Lol! My 10 yo son pointed out that im growing a vagina in my belly this time :-o He's at that funny age between knowledge and innocence! I feel as if im buying for someone else, i just can't imagine our baby daughter in the things im buying just now. How kind of your friend! I'm starting from scratch, although I'll get back the plain vests and sleepsuits that i gave my sister for my nephew, but I reckon they'll be for emergencies only (when the washing has piled up) as I've waited too long for the pink/flowery/pretty vests etc xx

My husband said not to take too much hand me downs so I can buy stuff! Lol
I like his thinking coocoo!! My dh is all set for buying a pink pram :) Yet for a boy he was all for using ds3's pram again, even tho I don't have a carrycot for it and they don't do that version any more! Xx

yes but you have the Harmony results, which a a kajillion times better than any ultrasound!
My MIL was like "oh my what if your body doesn't know how to grow a girl" and I was like, are you freaking kidding me? It didn't know how to grow a boy either, that's why we have these things called 'genes' LOL
