Yes, I need a specific essay on that but have not had time. I have posted about it in many a thread and have it in all custom plans, just that there is not a designated thread specifially on that topic.

You're awesome. I'm grateful for the supp tips. I should keep up the folic acid too right, but I heard that prenatals aren't great for pink. I actually have a folic acid, b6 &12 in my stash. (Like a combo pill). Would that be ok?

Yes I'd have people avoid the prenatals as long as possible. If you must add them stick with 2-3x per week.Quote:

AAA ETA I thought you were talking about adding one per week after the 6 month mark. If you are talking about using that B complex as part of your folic, I do not recommend that. Both B6 and B12 I believe to sway pretty strongly blue and best to avoid them if possible. (you will get plenty of B6 from diet and most people have stores of B12 that last years!!)
