Thanks, ladies :) It's so weird that I can KNOW something rationally, but it doesn't stop me from freaking out. If this were someone else's post, I'd be reassuring and confident that all was well.....such an oddity that when it's happening to you, it's hard to feel that confidence.

no more bleeding. My last blood results came back at 81,000 (7w3d). So dr is ordering a repeat ultrasound. I'm supposed to call Monday so we can set something up. I'm hoping she doesn't just go ahead and make an appointment because Wed/Thurs next week I am NOT able to miss work due to training. My mom's going in for surgery on Wed and I can't even take time off to take her :(

Anyway, I'm fairly relaxed about it all now. I figure whatever will be will be ....I think. Can't control it, trying not to worry about it. Though, I do wonder if there will be 2 in there now, lol.

I just came across this and wanted to wish you well and hope it all goes ok at your next u/s. I am the same as you, good at reassuring others/giving advice but when it comes to yourself....lose perspective. Everything crossed it works out for you.

All is good :) I updated somewhere else and forgot about this thread. Baby's heartbeat was pounding away at 171 beats per minute and had grown 3 weeks in 2. So I was supposed to be measuring 8w1d, baby blob is measuring 9w1 day. No indication of what caused the bleed (um, sex?) but all seemed good. Even the tech told me there was nothing to worry about (which made me giggle because usually the most they say is 'we'll have the report to your dr in x amount of days'.
