I think you are not understanding what LE Diet really even IS. It's not particularly low cal and you can go up as high at 1800-2000 if you need to. IT's just the lower safe level of intake for women of childbearing age. IT's not a starvation diet at all.
I wouldnot have you lose any more weight, just stay within LE Diet limits and hang out right where you are. YOu'll need to up cal intake till you are stable, not gaining, not losing.
No, lowering weight and body fat does not make you produce testosterone.
Also - reminder that low carb vegetables are FREE on LE meaning you do not count anything in them. They are not included in the cal count and you can have literally as much as you want without counting them
You can't tell your baby's gender by symptoms or HCG levels.
I will be doing exercise about 6 weeks before I ttc. I've already been on the LE diet (lightly) and have now lost 10 lbs. I am taking FA right now and my husband is taking cranberry and will start OLE. I purchased a plan and it has helped me not have to worry about every little thing.
