New here with a question for atomic sagebrush (or anyone!)

Sorry for your loss: re biorhythms one was right and one was wrong, so 50% right! which is what you'd expect! We are getting excellent results with LE diet, one attempt, exercise and a few selected supps like licorice root and olive leaf extract. I hope you catch the egg soon!

Thanks so much carmella marie... I really appreciate your input.... (especially about the biorhythms!) About the one attempt: when should it be? When I get a positive OPK? It seems like I ovulate within 8-12 hours of a + OPK, so would that still be okay? Also, is the exercise to lose weight? Thanks again for your help...

I felt just like you, that someone was out there waiting and I hope that you are as fortunate as I was being able to fall pregnant with a healthy baby at 41 (and if it could be pink, even better!)

What I'd have you do instead, to be absolutely certain we are in with an attempt no matter what, is to BD unprotected every 4 days. Then, if you're so motivated, you can have ANOTHER attempt at positive OPK for 2 attempts in the fertile window. It's a bit lower chance of pink, but higher odds of conception. (When I got pregnant with my daughter we were BD unprotected every 4 days and I got lucky and that one BD happened to fall sometime the night before I ovulated. (maybe 8-12 hours before O occured or a bit sooner or later but def. that general vicinity)

I don't want to get too stressed about it but I do feel that time is really of the essence, so we'll do the best we can... (And yes, I do feel like if we do conceive, people will be looking at me like I'm a Grandmother having a baby... :) But we have to do what feels right for us, so I'm just telling myself that I don't care what other people think!)
