OMG! +OPK ---now what? advice please about BD timing?

No, you should not do Zyrtec after having an attempt.

No use in increasing artificial sweeteners.

seriously, do not have another attempt. every batch of sperm has 10's to 100's of millions of sperm in it.

FEeling nervous does not sway blue. Obsessing about whether or not to have another attempt, may. So just stick with what you did and put it out of your head and enjoy your trip!

I had this exact same worry last month.. We DTD the night before positive OPK so great timing, then I panicked that once wouldn't be enough and added an extra attempt, then regretted it.
We got a BFN anyway, so will be trying again next week.
