That one is ok, you will need more folic acid or folate, and more Vitamin D than is in there so get some of those to take separately if you possibly can.

I saw 2 types. Which should I consume and Im concerned as there is magnesium in it and Im afraid it sways gal. For your advise.
For folic acid Im taking Sangobion. The folic acid content is 1.0mg so i can take 2 tablets per day?
A) magnesium doesn't sway girl.
B) that is not really "magnesium" anyway, it is a miniscule amount of a chemical that is used to formulate the pill and is not bioavailable anyway.
Either of those Vit. D would be perfectly fine.
Yes, take a folic acid in the morning and one at night. That way you always have some available for your body to use.
Just to clarify some sites have people take magnesium (along with calcium) for a pink sway. But!!!
Firstly we have reason to believe that this idea is untrue, because the best study ever done on maternal diet before conception showed that the women who were getting the most calcium and magnesium actually had the most BOYS.
Secondly, no one was ever supposed to avoid those minerals TOTALLY and you would die if it was possible to do that (it isn't possible, since your body just takes calcium and magnesium out of your bones anyway) so you are always supposed to continue getting SOME cal-mag even on the mineral balancing diets, and the tiny amounts of magnesium used to formulate a pill are not even usable by the body and don't amount to anything anyway.
Thirdly, it was never supposed to sway ALONE. The only reason why magnesium supposedly swayed pink was by helping calcium to be absorbed better.
So, to sum up - magnesium on its own doesn't sway pink and almost certainly doesn't harm a blue sway at all :)
FWIW I got my last two boys taking high doses of calcium and magnesium! Gave it all up and finally got my girl. So the teensy amount of mag in a supplement (which is chemically bonded and not available for your body to use anyway) CANNOT be a magic pink bullet anyway or I would have a lot more girls than I do LOL.
You are great. Thks for the valuable information. Previously I was folowing IG and so many bad comments of you too which I just realised that it was you they were talking abt.. Ooopss..

This is something like woman one a day.. Im basing this on the so called ingredients. Please advise if it is ok to take.. Is this considered as a prenatal or probiotics? The pharmacist asked why I wanna consume something which is meant for woman above 50...
It has more B Vitamins than I generally recommend. That much B6 may mess up your cycle. The "Over 50" vitamin I recommend for your husband and for you guys I like the regular old Women's One a Day. But those are actually pretty good and much better than many I have seen, if you like them.
The pharmacist is being a little silly there. There is nothing in those vitamins any different than is in most standard prenatals. There are not "ages" on vitamins, they're just trying to sell things to people by making them sound special. :)
