If you could manage to do some weight lifting 3-4 times a week, it would really up your chances and try to always combine protein with carbs because it helps with keeping insulin levels in the normal range for longer period of time.

Ive go little dumbbells that im gonna work with. My DH has a free weights set but its in the cold dark basement so ill probably only use it once a week. I did read about combining carb plus protien and have been doing that the last few days.
I think the little dumbells work just as good as the big ones for women who don't want to bulk up. I get very nice muscles from 2 lb weights without much effort at all. :)
