My first thought was girl but with the stacked bit on top it could well be a boy!

I would guess girl, the nub is straight and skull is very girly!!

12/3 is right on the verge of the could go either way. I think I might see some stacking which would indicate a boy, but the nub is still level and has not started to rise yet. Good luck to your friend!
