I take 400mg Vitex 3x a day. Atomic recommends taking it from AF-O only but I take it all cycle long personally.
Thankyou. they r 7&4. its taken 3 years for my DH to agree to another! wot kind of things r u trying? i usually do lots of weight training but av stopped. also eating low nurient foods, agnus cactus and some aromatherapy oils for ions(im training to b an aromatherapist so love this bit)

thankyou hun, the box i have says each tablet contain 4mg which is equivalent to 52mg once extracted!! very confusing!

I would just take the max dose recommended on the box. Or you can order Nature's Aid Agnus Castus from amazon, I get mine from amazon.de but it comes from the UK through amazon marketplace. I don't trust/understand the 4/5mg pills I see locally.

I am a dance teacher so the cardio/physical excercise portion is no problem for me to meet. I'm skipping breakfasts and am eating a low everything diet, and am trying to keep my caloric intake low. The timing so for has been the factor I keep going back and forth on. I'm not sure if BD at positive opk or o+12 is best for my situation.
I would LOVE to hear more about the aromatherapy oils! Ions are something I haven't even considered yet.
