Thanks all! I feel better about this sway than my previous 2 sways (I have swayed with all my pregnancies) just simply because I was so mellow about it and I really got to the point where I wanted our third and final baby even if it was a boy rather than not having a third baby at all. The PCOS diet and intense cardio really made huge changes in my mood, temperament, and cycle. Plus I LOVED having a personalized plan and atomic to cheer me on.
I can look back and see how my two other "sways" we're really not great girl sways: bd thru o, crash and burn diet with PCOS tendencies, thinking I was "couch potato" when really I was getting moderate amount of exercise and above all just being so stressed and obsessed over my sways.
