Yeah, I think I may go that route.... I have been absolutely obsessing over this (and not getting much else done, lol!), yet I still feel I will never get it right. I think a custom plan may help me get on track and not feel so all over the place. :DD:
pS - you don't have to do diet for 12 weeks, what many people do is start off with a very strict sway and then just plan on getting BFN for the first month or two (most people want to at least start off trying everything) and then by the time you're ready to stop dropping the least effective tactics, you'll have been on diet longer anyway.

In a nutshell, here's what most of us girl swayers are doing:
LE diet-- low fat (26-60g), low protein (40-50g), low calorie (1500-1800)
No breakfast-- so at least 12 hours between last meal and first meal
No snacking between meals
Coffee instead of teas
Alcohol daily or several times a week
Cardio daily for 60 minutes OR nothing at all
1 attempt at +okp OR dtd every 4 days (both give one attempt in fertile window)
Folic acid or folate only for DW
Licorice root for DH (if under 35 years old)
Olive leaf extract for DH
Good luck! And I'd definitely wait till you have the LE diet under your belt for a few weeks.
