I did a combination of treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. It doesn't have to be HARD, it just has to be a bit of a challenge for you. Seriously, I was speedwalking on an incline on the treadmill and that was enough as long as I kept it up for an hour.
Yes, I caught up on a lot of TV and Candy Crush while I was on my pink exercise plan :)
