Some people track with online trackers, I just used a notepad till I got the hang of about how much to eat (this took me only a few days) then I stopped tracking.
If you don't have PCOS/IR you can have sweets. Most people are fine just sticking within the overall limits for the day and cookies/brownies are fine.
Can someone post a link to the "what we're eating" thread so Ans can see what others are doing?
