You completely read my mind, Atomic! I was JUST going to ask about extra Vit D after combing through some of the old threads in TTC boy! I am for sure putting this on my list of things to grab tonight. I'll also look for iodine as well. Thanks for the help, Atomic!
My BBT was still above coverline today (97.7), so I've got my fingers crossed for ONE more day of high temps tomorrow morning to confirm O. Then, I'll still go in for my appt. next week as scheduled, but at least I can still get feedback or tests done to rule anything else out.

The store only had 400 or 1000. I figured with my prenatal already being 400 I felt more comfortable doing either 800 or 1200, but 1400 seemed a bit overkill so I went with the 400UI.

Perfect! You will get a bunch via diet as well so that is just dandy by me.
That having been said, 1400 IU is still ok - what I want people to avoid is getting up into the thousands, plural, unless prescribed by a doctor. :)

Thanks so much for your feedback and support, Atomic! I'm going to be purchasing the membership today after surfing the site for a few days so I'm excited to learn more, too!
I'll take my prenatal and two of the 400UI D3 vitamins from now on, so keeping it at 1200UI.

:agree: I fully agree with all of atomic's comments/advice/recommendations since I posted. Vit D especially is so important to fertility - you might consider getting your levels checked next time you get bloodwork. I wouldn't go out of your way at this point, just tack it on if you get a chance.
I hope your temps stay up! You should put your chart in your signature if possible so we can stalk it. :)

Thanks maidentomother! I added my chart in my signature - hope it shows up!
I know that some people say not to create a new cycle so you can see if there are any patterns in previous cycles, but with a CD124 cycle right now it's just too much for me to look at! So, with that in mind, this cycle starts actually on my first day of dark brown spotting last month, it wasn't actually a period. (And for my own sanity I just wanted to see a new, clean chart!)

Thank you so much for clarifying that - we sometimes have others read the threads for reference and it really helps to have all the info available!
