I have it and I have GBG. My sister also has it and she has GBB. I don't drink cranberry, so I don't know if mine is aggrivated by that. What seems to make mine worse is cold, dry weather, or washing my hands too much.

1) I have heard of some people taking EPO for it too!! I tried it ages ago and it didn't seem to work but I was working in a job where my hands were wet constantly.
2)Makes me wonder if it's not having eczema per se but what you take/do for it. I've been given steroidal creams for it which would tend to sway blue!
3) The thing with eczema is (according to my son's allergist) while things like cold air, washing hands, etc can cause it to flare up, it's because of underlying sensitivities to things you come into contact with that are making your body hypersensitive to everything. So your skin gets more easily irritated than it would otherwise.
I got eczema on my hand after having my dd. They gave me a cream for it which seems to help but it never really goes away. It's pretty mild and localized on me but I am very sensitive to things and allergic to a lot. Not food but detergents, cats, ect. My dd has eczema that comes out sometimes and my ds has it. We use cream on him that helps. So from a family with eczema we have a boy and a girl! ;). My dad also has eczema and he had a boy and a girl as well
I agree with atomic. I dont think it's the actual eczema that sways. It's the steroid creams u use to treat it that sways boy. So for my future girl sway I won't be using the cream and will just have to deal and suffer through it, oh well! Haha. I will use regular lotions but other than that will have some annoying itchy skin to deal with. Haha
babydust, I've found a couple of creams that are non-steroidal that are working GREAT for eczema. Both are better than the steroid cream. The first is just the regular Cetaphil that they sell at drugstores which helps, and the other is this Hawaiian Moon Aloe stuff my son bought for me at a street fair...it's almost like magic (though expensive.)https://www.aloecream.biz/shop.htm
Perfect! Thanks so much atomic! I am definitely going to order some asap. I would rather use natural stuff anyway. I wonder if it would be safe to use a little on my kids? Maybe I'll run it by my doc. Definitely going to use it for myself though. And it will be fabulous for when I sway. Yay,no annoying itchy skin to worry about :-)
I now think it's the calcium tablets that's aggravating my eczema and I was also using a steroid for it, I'm going to stop that and use cetaphil instead thanks atomic. At the moment I can't buy anything off the net because we've moved in with mil until our house renovations are done, so I don't want her getting to the mail.
Good luck you guys!! Hope it helps.
Babydust, it looks very kid friendly to me...I've been putting it on my kids! ;)
