Also as someone who never used to exercise and also has 3 kids......it's just one of those things that's hard and mostly willpower at first. But once it's ingrained it's easy and something you can't live without.
Exercise doesn't have to be in a gym or somewhere you have to 'go'. I do 90% of my exercising at home with kids underfoot! There are sooooo many ways. Exercise videos have a gazillion options now. There's Zumba, Kinect games on the Xbox, the Wii. Playing soccer or tag with the kids. There's walking with a stroller (which is great calorie burn!), walking the dog, etc. I managed to exercise with a newborn and two other kids. I'd get up at 5am to fit in an hour if I have to, or eat an early dinner to get a workout done before bed. Where there's a will there's a way!
The payoff is far more than just a good sway. With PCOS it affects your life and general health. With me I also have diabetics and high blood pressure that runs in my family. Exercise has changed my life and I am so dependent on it for my general health and mood that the odd time I'm injured it's absolutely devastating when I can't do my usual activity.
