I'm out. She's here. Any tips for this next cycle Atomic? My body is definitely going through big changes. I cramped so heavily and so early. I hardly ever cramp up. Should I check into this?

Now she's gone. I'm so confused! Temp also dropped below coverline. Can you explain any of this Atomic?

And in order to know what to tweak, I need a brief recap about everything you did.

FYI - cramping in the 2ww that seems unusually severe is very often pregnancy.

if the temp dip lasts only a day or so I suspect it is secondary estrogen surge.

Some months are just crampy. THere's not much to check into, if you walk into your doc's office and say, "I had cramps this month" they will give you a blank stare LOL!! THey just don't know enough about how any of this works to be able to help very much.
