OH no, even minor things can delay your ovulation!!! That sounds like exactly the type of thing that could delay ovulation.
Whatever you do, DO NOT start doing every other day. Do every 4 days. AT least you'll be sticking to roughly one attempt in the fertile window that way. Every other day is a strong blue sway and you're going to undermine what you've already done by switching to that.
Do not lose any more weight, hold steady where you're at. ARe you getting a minimum of 25 g fat every day??

Guess what? Bitchy AF came today. Lol Thankfully. Took long enough.
Lame. I was way more stressed when we were waiting to hear about his new job (for like 9 months) than I am now and it was totally regular then. Next time I'm going to try attempting on the day the ov test shows positive instead of the day before that (when it's creeping towards positive) and ditch the FR stuff because he swears on the 3rd day in a row or so it's just coming out clear :P Hopefully that will help. I won't be able to try this month because I won't see my husband until at least July. :( Boo but I guess I can do another 6 weeks of supplements leading up to it again if that's a good idea.
I don't really know exactly how much fat I'm getting. I haven't really been that strict on it just trying not to overdo anything and definitely cutting the salt down. When i conceived my boys I used to eat pumkin/sunflower seeds religiously and a lot of fast food so I do none of that now. I also have never drank any diet drinks or anything with aspartame so I'm on crystal light now. Plus back then we started trying on the day the ov test was positive then the next 2 after that. Total boy sway. lol

As a general rule when your cycle has gone kookoo and you aren't getting pregnant, it's time to DROP the supps.
I would do what you're suggesting and stick with one attempt day of pos OPK
