Skipping Breakfast/Timing of DTD

Having one and only one unprotected attempt = 70-75% girls.

Having 2 unprotected attempts (which you can easily get if you are DTD unprotected every 4 days plus an additional attempt at pos OPK) = 60% but possibly higher rates of conception.

So if you are just starting out and want the absolute best sway to start with then have him wear a condom and stick with one attempt at pos. OPK. If you are ok with slightly less pink but better odds of conception, or you've been trying one attempt and not getting pregnant, then don't wear a condom.
