:agree: most people do have stores of B12 and if you include eggs and dairy the majority would be getting enough on LE Diet without supps.
Anyone who has issues absorbing B12 should continue the amount that is right for them.

Just a quick qestion in relation to LR and OLE. i was going to get DH to take a supplement and im wondering if one is more successful than the other or is it just preference? I did find a tablet form at the supermarket of OLE but i will have to have a better browse when the shops are open tmro. I have found more about OLE than LR through reading online but im unsure.....m

They do two different things. Most people would have their husbands take both together.
I have found OLE it's recommending 1-2 tabs a day. I havent found LR as of yet i believe ill need to go to the health food store.
I have a question about frequency. Me and hubby were thinking daily release but one attempt (will be tricky.this tricky this month due to my cycles being silly) if memory serves me we were every 3-4 days with my boys. I have heard FR keeps sperm numbers down amd hence maybe more girls. Wnyone have any thoughts on this
Thanks

Not sure what you are asking, but that is a tactic that some try. Hasn't gotten great results for us and has cut odds of conception, and can be quite difficult to do with irregular cycles.
I think we're seeing such great results with one attempt, my temptation is to drop the frequency stuff, which hasn't worked, and do regular release every 2-4 days with the one attempt. But, most people do want to try it at least one month with everything.
Thanks atomic. I may have wrote this msg post night shift with sleep deprivation. We have a few things in place this month so will see how we go.
