NO ONE should ever be eating 1000 calories a day. That is not LE Diet, that is a starvation diet.
Most people I want at 1500-1800 cals and a very few should be at 1200-1500 cals a day. (like 3% of people)
I think you need to up cals right away to at least 1200-1500 and add in one serv. full fat dairy a day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat in addition to what you are already eting.
