I feel like I drink so much crystal light there's hardly room for food;) Honestly though it got easier after about a week. Snacking is my biggest hurdle as well, especially while watching tv in the evening.

Yes started out feeling nauseuos, dizzy and miserable on the diet. Now over 4 months later I keep so busy I sometimes forget to eat until after 1 or 2 p.m.
I'm doing a trial run today (although eating what I like still...) and managed until 12pm without any food which I'm chuffed about, had a vegetable curry for dinner with rice... 2pm started to feel peckish so had another peppermint tea, and now it's 3pm and I've just expressed milk to keep my supply up as my mum has William for the day, and I feel soooo drained and peaky I'm going to have to have a mars bar :(
this diet is going to be awful!
Don't be hard on yourself, BFing makes you hungry! I'm sure Atomic will have some advice on this for you as she was on a low everything diet and BFing at the same time.
You really will get used to it though - today we went to Pizza Hut and I worked out I could have half a veggie pizza but I was pretty full after only 2 slices - pathetic by my standards! AND I've felt full and sick all evening!
I was a BIG eater before swaying. I would eat breakfast, all day and then before bed as well. It was difficult for me to adjust at first. I also was nursing when I first started. I did allow myself extra calories because of that...
I agree with the others. :) It does get better and I have definitely adjusted. :) I think swaying has actually helped me learn a lot more about portion control!! :) :) I do not see myself going back to eating the way I did.
HTH :)
After I got hurt and figured I was out of swaying for awhile I tried to eat more but couldn't... I get full on an apple, 1/2cp of cucumber, and a few snap peas!
Try drinking something and see if it helps. I always get sick in the morning if I don't eat and yet my body did adjust and it went away. If you can find seltzer or tonic water, that helps.
The other option is eating something that is pure carbs right when you get up to settle your tummy.
PS - rainbow, how did the trial run go???
