:agree: it seems like a mind-eff at first I know but once you understand the basic principles involved, it is WAYYY easier (and much quicker times to pregnancy, too!)

:agree: ya got it!
And with PCOS be sure to do SOME exercise even if you can't get up to the full amount. Exercise has such ginormous benefits for blood sugar control that it counteracts any possible risk from building muscle even if you can't get up to 60 6-7 recommendation
Excited to see others here with PCOS! I have two boys and have had this feeling for some time that if I didn't try *something* different, I would for sure have another boy. Which is also fine, but it would be nice to have a sister for them.
Welcome Emmafair. I have a girl on the way after 3 boys. It's totally possible :). Goodluck xx
Can i piggy back a question here since it pertains to those of us with /or possibly with pcos...?
Re cardio-- can the 60 min be like this:
20 min treadmill
Immediately get on
20 min bike
Immediately get on
20 min eliptical
In other words, as long as there is no break/rest period, just moving to a different piece of equipment, does that stilk count as an hour of steady state cardio?
Hope this was a helpful question

Yes absolutely as long as there is no break it's fine to switch it up. What I don't want people to do is do 30 min. in the morning and 30 at night. but 20 min 3x in a row is fine. :)
