Saw Palmetto Dosage

YW! I wish I could help more, but I'm just sharing from my limited knowledge of Google and personal experience. :D

320 is just the common dosage that swayers take. If you think 160 is working for you, that's fine (and I always prefer that people take LESS if less works for them). I would prefer it if people stuck with the 320 or less because that's what we've tested, but if you're at 400 and things seem ok and you want to carry on at that dose, that is of course up to you.
