THANKS!!! hah just kidding. yorue right. i had JUST lost about 20-25 pounds and the suddenly gained it back over a short period of time. thats what i have been explaiining to ppl. i tell them im on this new muscle building diet where you eat lots of protein/good fats/healthy food all day long and keep BS levels high for 3 mos and weight train big time, then after 3 mos you wean the foods and calories and start cardio aand this way youll still have msucle and will guarantee the weight to STAY off.
this "lie" has worked so far! HAHAHHAHA! at least its just family that has asked me and they asked in a nice way. lbe mortified when the public start asking. or ill just say YES i AM pregnant
