Needing help with my period please

Oh ZB too funny about the triplets and there is no problem in telling us tmi here it's the only place we can.
Well I think I have high estrogen because I'm ovulating today but it's only 10 days from the first day of my period. Is that what it means? I'm taking saw palmetto and vitex, shouldn't the cycle be longer?

Belle, I've had a couple of short cycles since taking Saw P and Vitex together - this month (our attempt) I ovulated on cd11 and a couple of months ago on cd13 (the one in between was cd15!). I asked Atomic about it on another post, here's the link:

Atomic - I remember you've said Fish Oil and garlic were blood thinners so I've stopped it (cold turkey :oops: but I was too scared of symptoms) My ob/gyn can't see me this week bcoz of her busy schedule ( I kinda thought that would be the case), but the next week. I think you should take the fish oil 2x a week rather than stopping cold turkey and eat normal, dietary amounts of garlic (although for me, eating even just one clove of garlic on my period can cause very heavy bleeding!!!) Be careful!!!

Enough estrogen to ovulate doesn't necessarily mean too much estrogen. Vitex and SP can screw with your cycles, but they DO sway pink.
