This whole cycle is a mess and I WAY messed up my sway...wanna cry...

We did bd around that time, I know I o'd cause I thought we were done trying and in the TWW, no hot bath, no douche, no reprheash...nothing!!! No rock salt lamps, no hubby on licorce root...all of that out the window since I thought I was in the TWW. I know feel totally screwed! I could be pregnant...most likley with boy #5, or even if I am not it is now even longer till I get to try again and who knows what next cycle will look like. I have never had a long cycle...EVER! Sorry for all the missed spellings I just feel totally bummed, scared and freaking out now!!

I don't think that's a bad attempt at all even if you did O on the 19th. Personally, I don't think the rock salt lamps do a darn thing, you were still taking vitex (and my good friend Eden also took vitex all the way through her cycle and conceived her daughter doing that after 3 boys), you had taken at least SOME saw palmetto and your husband, licorice root.

Plus, the long cycle ~may~ mean that your estrogen was lower than it normally is.

You prob. already know this, but in terms of blood glucose, the 2WW may be the most important time to stick to the diet.

I totally agree, even if it's not "perfect" I do still think you did A LOT to sway and I would keep my chin up!!!
