quick question:
I've been trying to track CM, and felt like it was kinda in the sticky stage starting on CD 8, we took sudafed (IG swaying) on CD 10 to dry up CM and then rephresh and replens the next day for pH. ever since it has been very off. small dry bits of white. I'm now at the end of CD 13 and when I last checked, cervix felt most soft that it's felt, and CM is not very stretchy, but similar to snot. It smears, but there is not very much of it and it's definitely not clear. Basically, I have no idea where I might be at in my cycle or how close I am to ovulation. No positive OPK still so I won't be ovulating on day 14. Should I still keep testing or wait until I see some EWCM?
Keep opk testing and BD'ing every 4 days. You can't miss O that way. I often test with opks twice a day. Around 12-2pm and again before bed at night.
And you can O with no ewcm. LE diet usually dries things up naturally, which is why antihistamines, etc only make it harder to get pregnant.
Sounds like creamy CM...common for pink swayers and believed to sway pink. I'd keep BDing E4D as essnce explained.
Ok so to answer this first question, LEAVE IT ALONE. :) All the pH stuff is irrelevant after BD because the design of your body is for stuff to flow out, not up (like your nose when you have a cold.)
I do not think either cran or sudafed is safe for women and ESPECIALLY not together. That can actually KILL you so I'd recommend losing the Sudafed straight away and seriously rethinking the cran.
If you're still wanting to use pH, that's totally cool, just do it before you plan to BD. Don't mix RepHresh plus douche though, that can actually cause your pH to rise.
We have had stellar results with one attempt. So good, and so consistent, despite ALL other sway tactics, that it is looking to us, like the only reason why anyone thinks things like timing and douching work is because they're usually done with one attempt. So while the CD 10 attempt is probably long gone, I'd only hit it with one more attempt.
I really don't like you guys mixing the abstain and FR. Basically, you send a signal to hubby's bod that he's in a dry spell and then all of a sudden a woman appears and his sperm factory is like "all right" (read that in Samuel L. Jackson's voice, please) and then he starts cranking out TONS of sperm. ABstain + FR is a bad, bad combo and should be avoided. Do one or the other, not both, and abstain is not good for guys over 35 so if he is, go with FR.

48 hours after pos OPK is only for people who believe in O+12. Most of us stick with one attempt. IF you're in a hurry to get pregnant, 48 hours after OPK is barely better than nothing (most eggs will be gone by then) so for those in a hurry to conceive we have attempts every 4 days and then one additional attempt at positive OPK. This works pretty well both for pink and for conceiving.
It depends on what you want from your sway.
Best odds of conception are with every 2-4 day release pattern, so if you want to maximize odds of conception then you'd stick with that level of release. IT's a little blue friendly (but honestly we've had good results with it anyway so I think the concerns of regular release swaying blue are totally overblown)
If you want frequency (this is NOT HELPING our success at all and is actually lower than the overall odds of the site) you'd have DH release every one of those days in between but use the attempt every 4th day as his release that day (don't have him release and then attempt the same day)
if you have a difficult or uncooperative hubby, we have the "do what he does" method where you don't ask what he's doing and don't try to get him to do anything in particular, so long as he shows up every 4 days to BD. This has worked for quite a few of us (including me) so don't feel like it's a compromise, it isn't.
