Every 4 days should be fine if you don't want to mess around with opks, it will mean you get one attempt in the fertile period with stressing yourself out. Sorry about your loss. I hope you get a bfp soon.

The Australian doses on supplements are different and I have never been able to get a straight answer as to why. But unfortunately with the OLE I suspect the high doses are meant to be high for short term use as an antibiotic. Some people have ordered from overseas to get lower doses and others have given it 3x a week instead.
Yes, it's the only thing we know of that is supposed to both help with sperm quality and sway pink. We don't really know why it is supposed to sway, a doctor claimed that it might, and we got ok results with it, but I am not yet sold on it. Thus far most of the people I have had use it had some issues with sperm health or quality and these things may sway pink anyway.
:agree: you're doing great!
I was flat broke when I was swaying for my DD and I had no trouble on LE Diet. I just ate mostly what my family did but just skipped the meat. Bagels, rice, tacos with beans, hummus and crackers, peanut butter sandwich, cheese sandwich, etc. I did eat yogurt too
There are three tactics we are using a lot right now.
1 attempt at postive OPK
OR
every 4 days
OR
every 4 days PLUS one attempt at pos OPK.
Different people are using different methods and a lot of ladies coming off a loss are finding e4d to be easiest and less stressful. :agree:

It's always good to go vegetarian with the exception of people with mod. to severe PCOS. A vegetarian diet can sometimes be too carby for them
