I heard that drinking a lot of milk is good for trying for a girl. Is this true? And if so I am guessing now whole milk?
Familymatters got most of it, I'd just add fiber with meals, alcohol, exercise 60 min 6x a week for 8+ weeks OR no exercise, and 1 attempt at +opk. The calcium, crystal light is not really part of atomic's plan. The plans are really helpful to help you figure it out. Atomic posted on this topic of best sway tactics somewhere very recently.

We have not found that to work at ALL and most of us got 2-3-4 or more BOYS doing that (mostly trying for a girl)
If you have PCOS or insulin resistance or lowered fertility, use whole. If you don't, use skim mostly but you can still have full fat now and then. And you need to stick in your diet totals instead of just drinking gobs of milk.
If ou MUST increase calcium intake for a girl use supplements instead.
