In the uk bulmers is big! I am loving the daily wine to be honest. Today is my cheat day. I am allowing myself one a month around 2dpo. Still no breakfast but an amazing dinner of whatever I fancy and not monitoring fat or protein for the day. (But probably exceeding��)
