Just wanted you guys to know that I am working on the girl cookbook and I include chili, curry, and also instructions that you can add garlic if you choose to.

France, Italy, and Greece all use a lot of garlic in their cuisine and have both boys and girls!! ;)

Quick extra question, when I got the egg on the cbfm this morning we dtd today, should we also dtd tomorrow? I planned to go through ov but dh has released solo for 6 days then we dtd once today, would dtd just two days in a row sway blue?

Are you doing anything like RepHresh or antihistamines??

It's prob. best not to DTD, although I would!!

Oh, I mean "best" in terms of sticking to a strict sway (you know, the kind where you're only supposed to have one attempt.). I would totally go ahead and DTD, just know that you will be possibly raising pH a bit and also upping sperm count, which may sway blue to some extent - but as I always say, if you don't get pg, you have no chance at your DG!! GL.

Thanks, z, it would be!!! I've surprised myself by how chilled I am, of course I would be delighted but now I'm more flexible with the diet, I'm not fpdreading another month!! Plus this month I put on 5 lbs which I had to but next month I could remain stable. Aaahh!!! Time will tell, xxxx

I've put on 4lb just from stopping the LE diet - I'm gutted!!
