Most of us have totally given up on sodium. It makes it WAY easier to stick to the diet and our results have only gone up and up since we dropped it. I keep it in the mix because it's possible to do, but I don't think it works. I got my 4th boy limiting sodium and my girl without limiting it at all!!
I had a lot of cream cheese and American when I was swaying. It is salty, but it's not exactly health food LOL.
Other sites recommend Swiss and Parmesan, but we've been cheesing it up pretty freely around here and getting very good results! :)
