Diet is so far so good but starting sick of my diet patterns. Cant wait for bfp so I can eat everything I want to.
Excercise is not intense nor keep up 60mins/6-7days but been in a little bit by walking long distance, climbing up stairs and skip hop roping daily. I was couch potatoe when I conceived my two boys. Simply hate sweating back then...
