Protein needs to be 40-50 g and fat needs to be 30-60. Yes much too low at least the one day.
As a general rule you'd want to hit totals without resorting to anything fortified but in emergency situation those bars are fine.

Its my fitness pal. If u go to the tab on the bottom right of the screen " more" click on nutrition, it then puts your input data of foods into a bar graph under those categories.
