You're so right!! At first, my blood tests were: potassium - 4, Ntrn- 135, calcium 8.8. I started the diet did not eat any blood calcium and testing my: Potassium 4.3, Ntrn- 138, calcium 9.3 !!! I did not eat calcium at all. Now I'm more confused, I'm under pressure, I do not know what to do, I paid the doctor $ 300 for this diet. Ugh!

Oh thank you so much for letting me know that. Much appreciated.
Your body simply takes calcium from your bones and teeth when you aren't eating it. The mineral diets for boys cannot be true biologically and are also bad for your health in the long term because you may harm your bone health. Let's hurry up and get you pregnant so we don't have to worry about that!!
If those levels changed outside of a very narrow range, you would DIE!
I can't tell you what to do, just that the science does not support the idea that what you're doing is going to help you get a boy. Of course you can still get a boy on all sorts of diets, but I personally don't think that the mineral diets work in any reliable way.
