Things like the difference between pumpkin and vanilla flavored coffee simply cannot be swaying.
SUgar is best WITH a meal and not all day long (because that keeps your blood sugar up all the time)
2-3 times a week around 10 am is fine. Just act like it is a meal, so that is "kinda" breakfast, then have lunch and dinner, or even lunch, dinner, snack.
Anything unsweetened or artificially sweetened is ok between meals.

Thank you, atomic ☺ . I'm struggling to balance two meals and hit all of my calories. Do my odds of swaying for a girl drop at all if I have a coffee at 10? Or 2 glasses of white wine as a small snack later in the evening?I private nessaged you a about 4 days ago, I realized you are very busy, but could you tell me the expected wait time for the messages please?

You don't have to do 2 meals. Either 2 or 3 is equally acceptible. I always did 3, just pushed back breakfast till 11-ish or so and then still had 3 meals.
Messages take me forever because most messages I get are people simply reposting questions they asked already in the forums and I prefer to just answer the q's in the forums because that way it benefits everyone. So sometimes I put them off longer than I probably should to prevent answering the same question twice. Since you're a custom sway person just respond to the thread your questionnaire is in. Custom swayers in the custom forum I reply to every single day usually more than once and that is the best way to get ahold of me.

Oh I see I missed a question - both coffee in the morning (preferably artificially sweetened or unsweetened, but creamer is ok) and alcohol before bed are ok. I always had a snack before bed usually that's when I had some alcohol too - that was the third of my 3 meals. :)
