This is my first cycle doing the grapefruit juice. I was thinking of doing it before, but I didn't want the sugar. I decided to go for it after my poor results last cycle. I'm having 3 cups per day. Morning, afternoon and evening just because I want to ensure that if it actually helps, it helps alot lol.
I feel ya on the dairy. I'm not a fan at all (except cream in my tea or coffee!) but I'm having 2 servings of FF yogurt and 1-2 cups of milk per day for my sway. It has definitely helped the moisture department, that's for sure lol.
