I would not have him do ANY sway supps on those. It would interact and they sway pink anyway. He should do regular release every 2-4 days to be sure he has healthy sperm. no abstain!

Or, you could do it that way instead - just have unprotected sex every 4 days starting after AF and going thru till when you're sure you have ovulated.

If you do decide to do just one attempt, yeah, I like you guys to pick it up with e4d after that one attempt in case of delayed O.

if BD at positive OPK, it does NOT need to be as soon as, but just have sex that night, whenever it's convenient.

Most people do folate and fiber.

We don't know if orgasm and position really work or not. Most people choose to do that but (TMI alert) I did have an O when I got my girl. I really, really doubt positions do much because of the blue sway opposites which are nearly ALL in the "magic boy position".

No canola oil.

Some people like Sylk. Totally up to you.

We have had good luck coming off BCP and then TTC right away, so let when YOU want to get pregnant be your guide on that. Come off the BCP and then either start doing e4d or else OPK and try to catch that first egg.

I would not bother with OPK till you are off the pill.
