Is pop mixed with captain Morgan okay to drink? Is strawberry daiquiris okay?
Is smirinof okay? I've not drank in a long time so trying to get an idea.

Liquor in diet pop has been one of my go to's. Any diet pop should be fine.

Coffee is anytime, most of us use it to help delay breakfast. I also find that coffee before a meal helps curb my appetite a little.

Black coffee is fina anytime. Coffee with cream and sugar should be with meals.

I stopped using shakeology almost 2 weeks ago when I found this site and realized it may sway blue. Had been using it daily for ~4 months. Any thoughts on how long to wait before TTC?

6-12 weeks, same time as most of us follow sway diets for. :)
