i have been mainly just doing that but my husband won't eat a meal without meat so i just have limited amounts of the meat (chicken or turkey) and eat the carbs and veg but still losing weight! think i need to add in more non-meat based protein as a replacement - eggs, nuts etc? Reckon body may be gearing up to try to ovulate again (much darker line on opk yesterday but still not darker than control and another temp dip this morning - still no EWCM though. We dtd on tues, should we dtd again today (sat)? - want to keep to one attempt in fertile window but worry tues was too far away!
