Cardio has gotten such good results I recommend it for everyone. If there's any way to include cardio I recommend you do so.

We honestly don't know. I picked 6 weeks but that's really just relatively random.
My first reply was before I realized you really would have a hard time fitting it in. There are two questions I get and one of them is "Is it BETTER for swaying to do couch potato or exercise" and the answer to that is exercise. But the other question is "what should I do if I can't exercise, will my sway fail" and no it won't. You can still sway and not exercise. I don't want anyone turning their lives upside down and making themselves miserable to exercise if you really can't do it, that wasn't what I was intending to say there.
If you have the choice between exercise and couch potato, do exercise if you can.
If you don't have the choice and you really can't exercise, that's cool, sway in different ways!
