Thank you! I'm such a snacker I thought it would be good to get into the habit of eating less often. I've been opting for more vegetarian meals and I'm tracking my food intake, but I haven't cut calories.

I understand but that's not going to help you right now since your body isn't really that capable of doing so. Either your milk will go or your self control will. :)
3, 4 or even 5 meals is fine. It's much better than the all day snacking that a lot of us tend to do!
