I had mine removed in February had withdrawal bleeding 3 days later then 2 weeks after that had my first regular period. Started opk after that one and Od on Cd 16 for my first regular cycle. Did not conceive and I'm on my second cycle now Od this time on CD13. But both cycles af did come at a regular time. I'm currently in the 2ww with this cycle but it seems to have taken me a couple months to get back "regular" GL to you I'm TCC girl after 4 boys

Thanks Kitten!! Yes I know several people who swore to me "no I KNOW I oed from this side" and then at their ultrasounds they were shocked to find that they didn't. :)
A gross analogy but if you imagine one of those great big sore pimples we all get from time to time, they hurt horribly until they pop and then they vanish without a trace. But the ones that don't pop just keep going and going and take several days to work themselves out. Ovaries are much the same - the ovulation actually can release pressure that having 10-15 developing eggs being reabsorbed (in our ovary that doesn't ovulate) just has to continue on with until those eggs shrink away to nothing.
