To be honest he didn't drink much with DD either. But he would have the occasional bourbon or two once every 2-3 weeks. He went full cold turkey this time.
Thanks everyone. I did try super hard. I'm feeling positive with falling first go because my fertility wasn't high at all before DD (had surgery to remove stage 3 endometriosus and had clomid with her for my PCOS as I almost never ovulated without it).
My body is definitely in a different place for this one.
That is an excellent sway DD, isn't it surprising how differently the HE diet makes you feel!:)
