Only 2 day abstinence?

I was looking at previous temps where I would wake up at 530am, take my temps fall back asleep and wake up again an hour later and take my temp one more time I seen that my temp would usually rise .3 to .4 degrees in that one hour. So maybe if I had taken my temp at 630 this morning it would have been .4 degrees higher?

I got my first + opk on the 15th at 8pm and continued to get + opks till about 6pm on the 16th. At 8 pm on the 16th my opk started going negative. We BD AT 10PM and again on the 17th at 930 pm. If you Oed yesterday then BD now won't hurt anything (egg would be either fertilized or dead by now). If you didn't, if O is still yet to come, then it may make all the difference in the world to attempt and yes yes I'd have you go for it today as well.

Yes that's the problem with temps - they are not 100% reliable and since we're dealing with such minor fluctuations - tenths of degrees - then even the smallest little flukey thing can affect them. So we have to go off the overall patter - 3 days of higher than coverline temps - and can't pin down O day to the day unless in retrospect and even in retrospect it is somewhat of a toss up about what day it actually happened on.
