I’m following your post - very interested. So very similar - multiple boys and my ‘failed’ sway was the LE diet. I lost a lot of weigh and was down to 104/105lbs. I lost almost 15lbs over 8mos. I was first running 6x a week for 60min then it went down to 4x a week the last 6weeks as I was so thin. I ate mainly salads and maybe 1-2x I had some chicken. I tried to eat low calorie, low fat. For example for crackers I would eat wasa crackers with lots of salads / fruits. I long for a daughter but I’m not sure what to do if I were to sway again. I lost weigh, exercised 60 minutes 4-6x/ week, tried to eat mostly salads (I didn’t count calories being that I basically ate salad, fruit, rice. Also one attempt (but maybe I should have done it not at peak ovulation?)
I felt like I followed the Le diet to a T.... Maybe some of us are just more prone to a gender. Would love to hear from others....
