That's a good question. I hope cereal doesn't say blue, because I practically have it every night as dessert. And I'm lactose intolerant. LOL. Waiting for Atomic to chime in.

I think I have a twin! :highfive:
I was doing IF in the same fasting times as you before my DD :)
Meal wise, I'd make rice bowls (with an egg, veggies, but mostly rice), tomato and mozzarella balsamic panino, shakshuka with pita, etc. I ate eggs, pork, and chicken, but my protein counts overall were rarely over 50g.
Yes, there's an old school sway diet where people ate lots of dairy but it makes no biological sense and many of us (msyelf included) got boys that way. If you MUST increase calcium intake for a sway (which did not work for me, like, at all LOL but everyone should do things the way they want) then please just take cal-mag supplements without Vit. D and not drink/eat lots of dairy foods.
This doesn't mean you have to completely stop eating dairy either and in fact it can be a very handy food for LE Diet since it has protein and fat and calories all in one.
I cannot and will not ever recommend cereal not only because of the study but because I personally got boys doing that. It's not only that most people eat it for breakfast (which I never do, I too always had it as a dessert/bedtime snack)but more importantly that it's highly fortified like a vitamin and nutrients = more boys.
That is crazy! I had no idea. Guess hubby and the boys will have to eat all my cereal. [emoji22]

Me = :tissue:
Looks like I am going to have to pick another sweet treat/dessert...
Is milk chocolate okay? I don’t really eat sweets (jelly babies etc) and I need something good!
Thanks everyone!
So DH makes a delicious tuna salad, and I'm wondering if there's anything here that's not girl friendly? This is the bulk recipe:
4 cans small tuna
2.5 TBS mayo
1 tbs mustard
Half apple
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs diced pickles
Onion powder tsp
Salt pepper

Sounds good to me however I’m completely ditching the eggs, meat and fish - not very difficult as I don’t really eat it anyway! I’m just hoping that my natural way of eating after 5pm will help my sway so much that I can maybe get away with some cheese! Bye bye cereal though :hair:
